Terms and Conditions

BE READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
-Every property must be ready to be photographed upon arrival.
-If property is not ready within 15 minutes of arrival a $60 rescheduling fee will incur.
-Photographer is not responsible for moving items.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
-Please call or text to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
-Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost up until 8pm MST the night before the shoot.
-Same day reschedules will incur a $60 fee. Same day cancellations with no intent to reschedule will not receive a refund.

RESHOOTS
-If the photographer is at fault a reshoot will be conducted at no cost to the client​
-If the reshoot is the clients fault, or if you are requesting additional photos or angles, there will be a $75 reshoot fee.

WEATHER DELAYS
-In the event of inclement weather drone photography will be delayed and clients will be able to reschedule the appointment to a later date at no charge. If the client wishes to keep their appointment and continue through the inclement weather, drone photography will not be completed.

TWILIGHT PHOTOS
Twilight photos are taken during sunset, please research and book the appt to begin 10 minutes before sunset. The shoot will conclude 30 minutes post sunset.

MATTERPORT SCANS
Matterport Scans include 6 months of free hosting. After this time it become $30 a month.

TRAVEL FEE
A $0.60+ per mile travel fee will be applied for any property more than 30 miles from my home zip code 80016 unless otherwise discussed.

PAYMENTS
-All photo packages require payment upon booking. Unless otherwise discussed.
-All additional fees must be paid before releasing any products.

DELIVERY OF FINAL PRODUCTS
- 24 hour turnaround time for all products offered. Turnaround time begins 1 hour after shoot is completed.
- All photos will be available for download through Google Drive or Dropbox, whichever you prefer.​
- Rush shoot service fee is 25% of the billed services. 12 hour or sooner turnaround time.
**You must contact me to book a rush shoot to ensure I can complete on time delivery.**
All sales are final.
